Carrying on from our posts about the season return (posted June 6th) & the restart schedule (posted June 27) I thought we’d share these with you.
The NBA have put out this clear timeline.
EACH TEAM’S SCHEDULE
PLAYER UPDATE – BROOKLYN NETS
According to Woj the Brooklyn Nets will be seeking replacements to their squad. The Nets have two players tested positive for COVID-19, being DeAndre Jordan & Spencer Dinwiddie. Jordan has already elected not to play in the restarted league & Dinwiddie is said to be considering also sitting out. Sporting rivalry aside we wish them both a speedy recovery & their families well. Wilson Chandler has also decided to sit out to be with his family. Nic Claxton has under gone surgery. Already without Kevin Durant & Kyrie Irving the Nets could be facing a difficult restart.
PLAYER UPDATE – WASHINGTON WIZARDS
Along with the absence of Davis Bertans & John Wall it is being reported that Bradley Beal has not committed himself to travel to Orlando yet.
As yet the Wizards have no filled Bertans spot.
This obviously improves our prospects on paper but we have to turn up & perform. Nothing is ever given in the NBA.
